We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans. For patients with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), or Humana, we are considered out-of-network but will submit claims on your behalf—meaning you’ll receive reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. 

 We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations to help you determine if our practice is the right fit for you. All visits are currently telehealth-based, and we are licensed to see patients in Illinois. We’re actively working to expand availability to additional states.

Before your first appointment, you’ll complete detailed forms about your health history, medical history, and provide any prior results you’d like us to review. The initial visit is typically one hour long, allowing us plenty of time to understand your unique health journey. The more prepared you are, the more thorough and effective your provider can be.

We partner with Quest Diagnostics for all bloodwork. Quest is a third-party lab that is in-network with most major insurance carriers, including BCBS, Cigna, UHC, and Aetna. After your first visit, you’ll receive a comprehensive bloodwork order designed to uncover important insights about your health.

When needed, we utilize advanced testing through trusted specialty labs. This may include stool analysis, nutrient testing, mold testing, and genetic testing, among others. These tools allow us to dig deeper and identify the root causes of your health concerns.

Every treatment plan is tailored to you. We combine adjustments to diet, lifestyle, exercise, and other evidence-based strategies to fit your goals and daily life. Our goal is not just short-term improvement, but lasting results and long-term wellness.
